Gynecomastia can not be helped with pills!!! Do not waste your money. You are young and if you are overweight, some resolution can come from losing a little weight. Some times it is extra breast tissue that can be removed by lyposuction. If it is causing you embarassment, you can buy compression shirts to wear under your shirts that make a 100% improvement. Of course this doesn't help when shirtless. THE PILLS ARE A SCAM!! I am a nurse.

If your man boobs are from being over weight, then go on a diet. Do not take pills. You are too young. Your body is still developing. Eat healthier, get active, and they will be gone in no time because you are still growing.
