Is it normal to start puberty in grade 3?!

first 13 year old are not in 3rd grade.
second, it's fine, i didn't start my puberty until i was 14. everyone is different. accept it. plus then you have to start shaving and it's a hassle. Thankfully i dont' have a beard but i still have to shave my mustache. so yea, don't be in such a hurry to grow up, the next 5 years will go by so fast.

Yes, the age of puberty is getting slightly younger all the time. I couldn't verify this, but I believe it has something to do with the steroids and growth hormones in our dairy products. Also, people with Mediterranean roots tend to start puberty a bit earlier than others.
