What is the best way to tone up and firm the part of your pecs near the armpit?!

Question: Should I focus more on fly rather than bench presses?

Answers: Should I focus more on fly rather than bench presses?

This will come easily when you concentrate on your chest as a whole as well as your upper back. What you need to do is chest flys and incline/decline/regular bench or dumbbell press. To really buff up the area under your arms you have to work the upper back too. Use a machine or do rows or some other kind of heavy lifting. The best thing to do is put your left hand and left knee on a bench, making your back parallel to the bench, let your arm dangle holding a dumbbell, and then lift the dumbbell up to your side. Do eight reps and then do the other side of your body. Do three sets three times a week. This in addition to other back exercises and thorough chest workouts will give you the results you're looking for.

fly would be good...a bench press would also be good to just lighter weight with more reps and eat healthy

Do Bolth! There is no reason why you should do only one of them...

Dumbell flys, wide-grip bench press, wide-grip pushups, and dips are all good for that part of your chest.
