I have been there- I Know. It will take a little time to pull it back so that it does not hurt- but soak it in very warm- almost hot water as often as you can--touch it gently--eventually- it will be clean and stop hurting. You need not see a doctor unless it would bleed ( but I don't think it will)--hopefully you have a little privacy, but if you take a styrofoam cup of hot water, but if you soak it in there with the skin pulled back as much as you can stand, eventually it will get to a point where your penis is like a circumsized guy--you will even see little clouds forming in the water--that is your penis getting clean.
I WAS EXACTLY LIKE YOU.

Just soak in a bath after about 10-15 mins, scrub...don't leave it so long next time...lol
So glad i don't have kids..lol

just try to run some warm water over it each day in the shower and try to slide it back. if you do this for a while you should be able to clean it with no problems. hope this helps. if you have an email, email me. i will help if i can and my info is under my profile. good luck.

Sounds like you have an infection. Get to the doctor right away. You don't want to wait when it is on your penis. Seriously! You could cause scarring that will affect your pleasure for the rest of your life.

Penile issues are serious and need to be taken care of NOW!

You should not have pain under normal washing circumstances. Cleaning it is as simple as cleaning your normal skin but you just have to pull the skin back to do so. You should clean it daily in the shower or tub but don't scrub it. Just wash it like the rest of your penis or skin. make sure you dry it before you pull the skin back down also. During hot weather, you may want to put some baby power on it to keep it dry.

Well hurting is always bad. You shouldn't be pulling hard, but you do need to pull the foreskin back and clean the area. It may just be a little sore from lack of attention, but If it keeps hurting, go see a doctor.

Retracting the foreskin for cleaning

Do not force the foreskin back over the tip of the penis. Initially, a baby's foreskin may be difficult to pull back over the tip of the penis. After the first few years of life (though it may take somewhat longer), the foreskin will gradually become more retractable. By the time a boy is 3 or 4, his foreskin is usually fully retractable.

So,wash the outside of the penis with soap and water. Pushing the foreskin back too early can cause scar tissue formation and damage.

When the foreskin is easy to retract, clean under it regularly. To clean under the foreskin, gently push it as far as possible toward the body. Carefully wash the entire area with soap and water. When the area is cleaned and rinsed, replace the foreskin over the head of the penis.

A boy as young as 3 or 4 can be taught to clean under his foreskin as a normal part of his hygiene. Before puberty, occasional cleaning is recommended. When a boy reaches puberty, he needs to clean under his foreskin daily.

If your foreskin does not fully retract by the time he reaches puberty, please call your doctor for advice. Hope this helps....

See a doctor now! You may have an STD and you cannot afford to lose your penis.

wash it every night under warm water and slowly pull it back every night or c a doctor!!!

Be very careful. You could have an infection because of not properly cleaning. I worked at the Dr.s office and saw a many one that had fused together at the head. Pull back and gently clean with anti-bacterial soap, then put some antibiotic ointment where it is sore. If it is not better in a few days... go to The Dr..

Really not sure what this obsession is with cleaning under that area as I've never done that and it gets along perfectly well by itself after 30 odd years. In fact not found anyone who knows anything about that, so suspect it's a new bizare idea - probably spread around by certain religious groups to justify their strange rituals. Ie: if you don't get it removed, you'll have to clean it type rubbish.

As for yellow under there - that *might* be some kindof infection which you need to see a doctor about as washing with soap and such isn't going to do much. It will hurt however since that area isn't meant to be exposed and it'll hurt anytime you try to do that.

If you don't want to mention pulling it back - maybe just tell your parents the end hurts and you've seen a little yellow just behind the tip under the skin, so are concerned about it. Gives you a reason for moving it backwards to see.

easy one, when showering every day, wash it with the rest of your body with the same jell or soap, rinse well, it will be as sweet as a nut.

best wishes from the uk

Shame on your parents for not teaching you but thankfully you have figured it out now.

My guess would be that you have a build up of 'smegma' under your foreskin, it caused mainly by the natural oils that your body produces, also as you are 13 you may have reached puberty and therefore you may also be producing semen which can also get trapped under the foreskin, I doubt very much you have an infection but keep an eye on things and if it still hurts after a couple of days go and see your doctor which is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about.

If you have not retracted your foreskin to clean under it before then the head of your penis is going to be very sensitive which could be why you say it hurts, when you are cleaning your penis never use a harsh or perfumed soap or shower gels as the chemicals in it could irritate the skin, just use a very very mild soap or just the warm water to clean and rinse each time you have a shower or bath.

As you grow older you may find that you get more smegma so you need to remember to clean under your foreskin everyday, so get into the habit of pulling back your foreskin every time you get into the shower.

Hope this helps ?

go to a doctor and get that checked out! also see if you can take the skin off becuase it is hard keeping it clean and it becomes an annoyance...my ex used to say
