no your not gay because its just a natural mental sexual arousal thing. just cause you get hard-ons from staring at other guys doesnt mean your gay. your mind just sees a mental image that relates to sex and triggers the hormones to get a stiffy. tell your friend not to worry.

It is totally normal. Nothing to worry about. It is human nature for men to glance at eachother's 'equipment'. Everyone does it, and it doesn't mean your gay. I'd bet that some other guys have glanced at your 'equipment'. Nothing to worry about. It's perfectly normal!

It does not make you gay. It could just be that the perosn is not used to being around another naked person, and when they finally are, it is exciting. It would be normal for your age group (i would imagine).
