Probably not. You'd probably. burn as many calories as you would playing the drum with one hand. And your heartrate wouldn't really increase to aerobic levels. You'd probably have to masturbate while on your feet and doing squats exercises at the same time, if you can even possibly do such a thing.
Now, full-on sex with a partner might work for good cardio, because you have to do hip and leg movements and it requires more intensity.
