At your age i'd say around 4-5 inches(erect) if that, don't start fretting about your length until you get to be 18 or so, if it's 4 inches at 18,you've got a problem....
The average men's size is between 5-6 inches so your larger than many people. I'm 7.5 inches which is considered really big but your about average.
