Why does my penis look so small in comparison to others?!
Question: I'm 15. I'm not small in numbers. Erect I am 6.5 in length and 4.5 in girth. I'm obviously not worried about length but I just feel like my girth is small. And overall my penis just looks small to me. I mean, this just doesn't look like a penis an adult would have. I'm just kind of confused on this.

Well at 15, you are not an adult yet mate, so you needn't worry about that aspect yet.
As for the concept that you think you don't look like an adult under the belt.. well, you are probably slightly longer than half of all adult men worldwide... if the average is 6 inches... so you think you got cheated?

Don't worry about your penis size. However, if you are compaing it to other penises, take into consideration your view of your penis. When you look at your own penis you are looking down on it, which makes it look a little smaller. When you sneak a peak at your friend's penises, you are looking at it from an angle. Just maybe look at your penis from a different angle and see if your perspective changes.
It depends on your nationality and such but in general and adult male between 18-35 in the US has an average penis size of about 6inches and about 4.88 inches in girth.

Ther eis nothing wrong with small. Mine is 7" but I am tall so it looks small inproportion to my 6'7".
A mate of m ine is even taller than me and his is about the same size as mine.
I have one mate who has a 10" and it looks massive. So what?
Small is good because it tends to make for nice guys. Possibly because of their lack of arrogance.
So long as it is 2", it will work fine.
Why does it matter your 15 with a big penis just smaller girth. Why are people like all in loved with there penis's / hate them. You still have probably 5-10 years left to grow so chill.
It's the angle at which you look at it. you look down so it looks smaller. but when you look at it from the front, it looks bigger. and mirrors don't really count cuz you have the perception in your mind that you're isn't the same size as the other ones.
