Acne from masturbation?!
Question: How many people here experience acne out breaks within a few days of masturbating? I know I'm one of those type of people. I HATE it. Who else has that happen to them? I know most people say masturbation doesn't really cause acne, but EVERYTIME I do it, I break out. Then, if I restrain for awhile, it'll go away.

It might give you acne because when your doing the dirty deed your body produces more hormones then usual and when your hitting puberty you have a ton of hormones and you brake out, So, when your body is producing so many hormones you get acne.
Does masturbation cause acne?
No it does not. Puberty into young adulthood is when most experience acne, as a result of hormones effects on glandular tissue. Acne is not caused by poor hygiene either, although cleanliness can help. There are many wonderful over the counter products that are effective, as well as the mail ordered Proactiv. If these do not work, a dermatologist should be seen as there are a great many presciption washes and gels. Also, low dose antibiotic treatment with minocin.

U just answered my question i finally found someone who realizes this.
Unfortunately ,the general idea is that " Masturbation is normal process " and hasn't any psychological or physical side effects ,they psychological books try to promote this idea ,like other medical ideas that don't match with the fact.
if you feel that masturbation make acne ,you should be aware of the side effect of it .
