Mate, most young guys work on their chest by bench pressing and their biceps by curling.. and thie abs by crunching. They generally forget about the rest. Here is a hot tip... you need a strong core of muscles to build a hawt body... so you need a good all round starter program... and today is your lucky day.. 'cause I found one for you here ..... http://www.redbak.net/pages/beginner.htm...

Now you can use dumbells for most of these muscle groups.. you just need ot know how to adapt them.. so here is another web site with more exercises than you will need in your lifetime... http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Don't over do it... just three times a week for about an hour is all you have to do. The rest of the time you muscles need to repair themselves and for your body to grow.

1. don't try to much weight at once. if its hurting to lift
STOP IMMEDIATLEY!!!!!!! But SOme exercises i know of are 1. take your dumbels and just arm curl. do this about 20 times take a break and do it again. repeat these steps 3-4 times a day.
