Should i circumsize?!
Question: say that maybe I was wandering whether I should be circumsized or not. Was wandering what you guys thought - yes, no, why, health, appearance (i mean, does it look any better), problems. Open to guys and girls (at least the girls can tell me if they like it better, lol)

No, don't get circumcised. It's not worth it. You'll run into more problems later than you thought. It'll hurt like the dickens (no pun intended) and...it's just not worth it. I'm 15 and still intact, but I did plenty of research on this subject. It all pointed to that you should just stay the way you are. Saying that the foreskin was an error on the human body would be absurd. If the foreskin wasn't necessary, don't you think that it wouldn't be on all men? I'll just give you some links and you can decide for yourself.
And there was this one link that showed the benefits of having a foreskin and the reasons not to get circumcised, but I can't find it. I'll post them if I do find them.
Oh yeah, and people get circumcised because back in the 60s, people thought that getting cirumcised meant prevention of AIDS. That's also a lie. The AIDS rate was very high, even though most Americans were circumcised. And it actually RAISES the chance of getting AIDS. I've seen the statistics...it's true.
And also, circumcision is for lazy people (or people who have to due to religion). An uncircumcised penis is very easy to keep clean. Just pull back, wash, rinse, and you're done. It's not hard.
And if an infection comes about, there's medicinall cream you can put on. Doctors will recommend circumcision first, because that's what's been taught for many years (which, by the way, circumcision was made by scaring people. Some scare tactics were saying that if you masturbated, you would go blind. They thought circumcision would be the answer to it...but it clearly didn't cut down the rate of masturbation).
And the risk of getting a UTI is already extremely low. People will say it lowers your risk, in which it does somewhat, but if you just keep it clean, you can avoid UTIs much more easily.
So...just do some research on your own and you'll see it's not worth it.

And the guy who said 60% of women prefer circumcised penis probably got that from the 70s. There's a newer study that showed 89% of women would prefer uncircumcised over circumcised. They say that in the second link.
No, I don't think you should get circumsized.
I'm not and never had any health issues or appearance complaints.
I think you should, it's a whole lot easier to take care of and you don't have to worry about the extra skin. I think it makes it a lot better for sexual pleasure also, beacuse studys show that 60% of girls like circumcised better beacuse of the sex.
if in US, yes because girls are accustomed to it, its easier to clean and helps prevent stds...in any other counttry its your choice, but girls arent accumstomed to that as they are to uncircumsized so thats basically the answer
Why bother, you still have to clean yourself & you loose some sensation in the head of your penis. plus its painful surgery, the potential for it to go wrong is very real & if you want a feel of the pain, drag a razor under your finger nails.
Dude i am not and there are going to be alot of dudes that respond that arent and lot that are each of us are gong to tell you that thier way is best all i can say if you havent had any problems with your unit then leave it be ultimately it is your choice. but be proud of what you have and your body it doesnt have to look like anyone elses becuase it is yours. my firends know i am uncut from the lockkeroom and i have only had one chick have a problem with it and she was shown the door a chick should be going out with you not your unit

no im am and i wish that my parents never would have had it done there is no change in ur protection from stds and ur pleasure is more intense from what i hear because it has not had the skin exposed to normal friction from ur underwear so no dude dont get it taken away
Its all personal opinion. You don't really have to do it unless you experience pain with erection. I personally am circumsized at a young age. So long as you take care of yourself and keep clean you can survive without. Some people say that you are more sensitive without. Do it if you want to. Or wait. you can always get circumsized, but can never undo it.

Some people like circumcised better, some like uncircumcised better. I personally think it looks better uncircumcised (uncut), and more sexually exciting.
Beyond that, it protects the penis and makes it more sensitive. My friends who are uncircumcised enjoy both sex and masturbation more than those who are circumcised -- and I suspect that is pretty universal.
It is a decision that cannot be reversed, but it is your decision and yours alone. If you let the rest of yourself go to crap - (looks, etc) then what your d**k looks like won't matter. I would never pick someone only because they have an uncircumcised d**k, but its a big plus if they do once they are picked.

Since you're old enough to be specific with the doctor doing it, request a partial circumcision.
Only have the top part of the foreskin removed, that way you retain the nerve endings but have less smegma buildup.
Also, if the doctor insists on charging you for this procedure, then ask to keep your foreskin.
Doctors can charge ridiculous sums for a simple procedure, then turn around and sell the stem cell rich foreskin to researchers for three times as much.
i think the matter of circumcision is a cultural thing..it really depends where you belong..but yes circumsized look better and ckeaner.
