To answer your question no. it doesn't, i have done many searches and asked many people about this. I saw somewhere on bodybuilding.com that it wont stunt your growth, if anything it will help you grow

You really do need to do a little research dude. Read a book on weight lifting.
it would help, but you have to make sure you eat right also, the food is what makes you grow, try protein shakes or protien food
