Nurses are health professionsals. They do not have to do anything a patient asks them to do. The patient has a right to refuse any treatment, but the nurse or doctor is under no obligation to cater to kinky sexual desires.

I do agree that when you're a patient in a hospital, clinic, etc. , that the nurses there are required to assist your needs... but unless its a necessary task, I believe that nobody would actually do such a thing. If you're having a psychotic episode, then they would probably do so under the doctors orders.
