Alrighty, your foreskin being tight is totally normal, most teenagers don't full retract their foreskins until they are around 16-18, and even then, some still don't. The trick to it is to stretch it gently, preferably while in the shower. Simply get an erection in the shower (not soft, if and when you get an erection, it'll be too tight), then slide the foreskin back and forth, going back as far as you can go without being too uncomfortable. Keep doing this as you shower, every time you shower, slide your foreskin around while you masturbate too, and after a while, you should notice that your foreskin is getting looser, and after a week or so, you should be able to fully retract it. As for your soreness, I doubt this is an infection, I think you are merely referring to the hypersensitivity of the glans, which means that the glans is super sensitive to any touch due to being covered by the foreskin for so long and not having any exposure to anything else. It can sting to touch, but luckily this hypersensitivity will diminish as you touch your penis and slide your foreskin around, and your sensitivity will become normal, so your just focus on getting your foreskin retracted and your sensitivity will soon fix itself. Good luck, and have fun! (After all, what remedy is there that involves playing with your penis?)

get circumcised

See a doctor as what you are describing is not normal.

get the snip until then stop touching ya nob lol

this is normal (i think) cause it hurts your pulling it! and make sure your wet if you touch it see if that helps

Try pulling your foreskin back gently everyday to bring in some elasticity. If it won't go back, you can see a doctor, and he may suggest circumcision. In any case you should not have any soreness though.

Can you imagine how sore it will be if you get circumcised and the head frictions against your pants all the time the foreskin is there to protect the head.
Its probably a good idea to see a Dr.

it shouldn't hurt... sound like you got an infection... time to go see the doctor... the helmet shouldn't always hurt either... this is not normal... go see the doctor pronto

it is not normal, but it could be only an inflammatory state of your glans and foreskin, the so called balanitis. If it on the contrary depends on a real tightness of the foreskin it would be better to consider how much tight it is; I had a normal foreskin for instance, but after going to the seaside I had an inflammatory state due to sand action inside the foreskin; no healing even if I washed the skin and glans every day; so I underwent a complete circumcision and everything was ok in a few days.

see your doctor

You don't say how old you are as it could help in answering this question.

As a teenager you may need to help your foreskin stretch little which is easy enough to do and it will be a little painful when you have an erection but the more times you practise the less it will hurt and eventually your foreskin should retract naturally with an erection with no pain at all. You also need to remember that the foreskin is there to protect the head of your penis which has thousands of nerve endings in it, therefore when your penis head is exposed for the first few times it is going to feel very sensitive and yes a little painful. Pulling back your foreskin is easier after a warm bath or shower when the skin is more relaxed, also pulling back the foreskin before having an erection may also help.

If you are an adult and you can't properly retract your foreskin this could be an indication of something a little more serious, such as Phimosis, the soreness on your glans could be a mild infection, which would warrant a visit to your doctor, there are treatments for the condition and circumcision need not be the only solution.

hope u get better, if you got any cracks in it, need to check for yeast infection, it can be painful too. if so check your sugar it can be high cause yeast infection too

you should get circumcised you'll be ok then
