It depends a lot on your parent's height as well as THEIR parent's height. Here are a few tips that do help:
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk every day.
Eat lots of protein. (Lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, turkey, ham, eggs, nuts.)
Eat your veggies!! (Frozen, steamed, or raw. V-8 juice is excellent.
Stand up straight! Good posture can add 2 inches.
Exercise! Playing basketball is great!
Men grow till age 25! (Women just till 21.)

Bless you and Good Luck! :)

Measure yourself....when you are an adult.
That should be pretty accurate.

no, you cant predict growth spurts, or how long they will last.

Yes their is a way to determine your adult height this have been proven by scientist,

you take your fathers height and your mother height and to make it easy on you change in to a fraction and then make a mixed fraction and fidn the average height whatever it is it will most likely be your adult hood height.

Not really! There are calculations you can do with your age and current height, but since everyone grows at different times, those are very innacurate!

The best way to guess is by looking at how tall your parents are. Tall parents normally mean the children will be tall, and short parents mean short children. But not always!

Jason K - has it totally correct - good job.

ya about the whole add your parents height and divide by 2 thing. It doesnt work. im already 5 inches taller than i "should be" and im only 13. You will just have to wait.
