This is very interesting my amount verys each week one week it maybe 5 to 6 times and another maybe 2-3 times maybe I need to make a point to not go below 4 a week.
My husband will thank you he hates thoughs low weeks.
It simply is stated that if you have sex 4 or more times a week you will have fewer health issues. Such as heart problems and weight problems aren't as common in the more sexually active groups.

we're doin pretty good...try to go for it every night, and in the morning too. then if you make it only half the time, it is still 7x a week!!
