Question: If a guy uses Lotion on his penis then has sex with it on the penis i mean putting the penis with lotion on in the V will it hurt you?

It certainly isn't a good idea. "Lotions" aren't intended for internal use for a reason --- and used vaginally, in any amount-- can lead to irritations/ inflammation, even infections.
If you've been using "lotion" as a lubricant when you have sex--- stop. You should only use lubricants designed specifically for genital use like "Astroglide" or "K-Y".
But more importantly, unless you're in a long-term, mutually-monogamous relationship and you've both been tested for STD's---- you should *only* be having sex with the use of a condom.

Any guy who is having sex with you SHOULD have a condom on his penis first .... and use a good lube like ky etc .... Lotion can dry out too fast and then be painful for the female involved ...
