Of course they know. You must be taking a long time in the shower and that is why. Anyway, it is perfectly normal for a guy to do so. However, if you don't want anybody to even think about you doing it, just find a private spot where you are alone without any chance of somebody just walking in on you.
Your activity is normal. do not let yourself feel guilty about it.
But it is part of your private life and it is normal you want to keep it that way, too.
I wouldn't worry, honestly. I am sure that they will be very understanding anyway as they know that it is perfectly normal.
I worry like you about that kinda thing, but if you just wash it all down the drain no one will ever know. It is perfectly normal to do it in the shower as well, in fact I would say it is one of the best places to do it and it is easy to clean and private.
As I said I am sure that your family will be extremely understanding, as I am sure that they they realize that it is perfectly normal.

they would know you will be doing it somewhere. if you leave a mess or smell behind thats the give away, or make a noise doing it.
