Ok to be honest the answer is a big NO! Millions of sperm cells are released when you ejaculate (semen leakage that's what you called it). For a girl to be pregnant the sperm cells need to travel inside the vagina to meet with a girl's egg cell (that's if the girl is ovulating). And these sperm cells have limited "energy". Some of them die too soon, some will even persist. So a medium-sized drop of semen on the floor couldn't possibly travel all the way to a girl's vagina even if the girl sat on it. There are just too many "barriers" like the girl's shorts, underwear, etc. that the sperms need to overcome before they can enter the vagina. And before they do that they would have died already.
