Question: i have not gone through puberty yet but if puberty make your penis bigger, why do some guys have 1/2 inch penises and some just a penis head? why didn't puberty make it grow?

It did, they just started even shorter. That is the unfortunate state of the world. Some guys are just that short.

ur not fully grown yet, ur not as tall as ur gona get either, and some guys jus natually have small ones, every bodys different. =]]
well if their penis is small it might mean that they them selfs have not gone through puberty. and yes uberty does increase your size

I'm not a guy so I dont know the details but I do have a husband and a baby son...I'm guessing genes play a part and if your circimsied or not??? Just a guess!
It may be a lack of hormones or just the genes. Some males don't grow much or at all "down there" during puberty. Hope this helps.
some people have naturally small penises. its a genetic disadvantage
