A shower is good but if not you can always do it in your bedroom with a towel and some tissues nearby. But the shower or the bath is best. ^__^
And there is no "limit" to masturbation, although more than a few times a week can be worrying, as excessive masturbation can cause RSI. (repetitive strain injury).
Anywhere your comfortable, if your on the bed or couch just have a towel. how often is up to you

Most guys either do it over the toilet or in bed. In bed, you need to have a towel or extra pillow case nearby to clean up with after. Just be sure to wash it out regularly so it doesn't smell or get germy.
