puberty isn't something that runs like clock work. IT starts at different times for everybody so I"m quite sure that not /everyone/ around you is there yet. Just give it time, it'll happen when it happens.

boys hit puberty usually between 14 and 16.
Enjoy your youth. It goes way too fast. I would love to be young again.
It has been proven that boys that hit puberty late, tend to be taller more masculine men.
Let those kids laugh at you. Go seek them out in 4 years when you are taller and stronger than them.
My brother grew 12 inches over a 4 month period (pain meds were needed to help) when he was 15.
Don't rush things... it will happen eventually. Enjoy it while you still can.

I now realise I was 1 when my penis grew, it became prominent. I did not think I was pubescent until i got pubic hair at nearly 14. I was still getting hair on my face at 25, my voice still sounded recently broken at 17, I was still growing at 19.
I do not k now when it ended. My voice got stuck at 13-15, but now I look back, the whole thing was almost everything. The last boy in My school to develop was about 16. when he was noticeably pubescent. I hope this helps.
