Hi i am 14 if i do 30 sets of 10 pushups every day wil my pecs grow and how long!

Question: I would recommend 3 sets of pushups to failure, and keep them nice and slow. 4 seconds on the way down while inhaling, pause, 2 seconds on the way up, exhaling. Do this every other day to let the muscles regrow. This system is designed for maximum growth. Too many reps just tone, or exhaust your muscle beyond benefit. Go for it!

wtf is a pec

Hey buddy.. umm yes they will develop bigger, try using some weights EG. chess press.
But stick to pushups and sit ups as weights may shorten your height.

they wont make them bigger but will rather increase the broadness of them towards your shoulders and get rid of the excess fat around the area. It will also help to tone your arms

. Almost any proper exercise will grow muscles, even petorials. In a month, you'll see a change.
But you got to vary the exercise AND the weights. Bench presses work too. Use free weights. Start with 30 #.

Yes it will help grow them but swimming is much better. Faster and swimming is more fun for me. (:

Just making up numbers wont do much. If you've just started doing pushups I suggest that you do three sets each night. Do every single set to failure, that means until you physically cant push up again. Form is of paramount importance as you dont want to damage/tear your muscles. Rest is very important and so is stretching. Drink lots of water and eat well.

only if you take steroids...
