ok eat alot like i mean alot alot.
make sure its good carbs like chicken and wholemeal etc
no junk food
start weights or start doing lots of bodyweight excersises
buy a pull up bar there great.
do lots of sprinting intensity rather then runnin a marathon.
Make sure u do alot of squats and push ups there the key building blocks and do as many as u can alternating days so
say u do ur 'workout' monday, wednesday, friday. make sure u do as many as u can press ups .. then rest for 1 min then do as many pressups as u can again. the do as many as u can squatts rest 1 min more squats and repeat that until u are dead. drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit.

belive me. u will get huge.

if u are deciding to do weights which are alot better search on the internet for a good beginners workout 3 times a week making sure each body part is worked throughout the week.#

wrestling is a great sport man i love it in fact i wrestled in high school will to start off do push ups and sit ups start of light like start with 10 push ups and as you get stronger add more on lift weights always start light work you way up

Milk is the best thing that helps your muscles stronger.

Well, you can weight lift, its pretty individual and you can listen to music etc while your doing it
start at the lowest wieght do 20 reps and then move up, do that intill you cant do it aany more

also eat recomended amounts of protien for development
