Q-tip and cleaner will do just fine.
Use a Q-tip and some vaseline. Then use another Q-tip and some hydrogen peroxide. Then wash it out really well with water.

a wet Cotton Q Tip dipped in Dawn dish soap and let to soak for a little bit 30 seconds should be enough
Then hit it shower and clean it out with the same Q tip
