Cracking knuckles, neck, and toes?!

Question: Does cracking your knuckles, neck, and toes really lead to Arthritis? If so, when shall I expect to see signs of Arthritis because I have been cracking my knuckles and toes since I was 7, and started cracking my neck at 14. (I am 15.) Also, is it possible to have Arthritis at my age because my left middle finger has an awful internal pain sometimes.

Yes, absolutely.

I've contracted arthritis since i was 20 years old. Now I'm 29, and when it's cold, I feel hurt.

But normally, it does not appear before your 50 / 60 years old.

The worst is, my bones hurt me, and when I crack them, I feel better... But pain comes again later.

So, I think you better not do this.

But i still do... That's not good, I know...

What I prefer is cracking neck CCccraAakkk goddamn it feels goood ^^

yes but over a very very long period of time. what happens when u pop your fingers is you "pop" the cartilige in your joint and it eventually wears down

I dont know exactly if it leads to arthritis or not but when you crack your fingers/knuckles or whatever its not the cartilage breaking (the popping sound) it's really the sound of excess air throughout your fingers being released making the sound

Unlike what they're all saying, there's no factual evidence that suggests cracking joints leads to arthritis. I do mine all the time. I've heard of this guy who cracked one hand twice a day and left the other alone. Both hands respond and act the exact same way, and he does not have arthritis. Just look it up on wikipedia. It's all there.
