How come questions asked in Women's Health more mature than Men's Health!

I could give the "Most men think with their penises, so that's all they want to talk about" answer, but that seems too simple.
Girls have a lot of legitimate everyday health issues, such as with periods, pregnancy, birth control, breast lumps, etc... that they need advice on from other women. Men seem to be preoccupied with their nether regions and how big they are vs. how big other guys' are, so that's usually the topic of conversation.
Besides, there's lots of troll activity in the mens section for the same reason; people think penis talk is funny, so there are a lot of bogus questions asked here.
I was actually just wondering this myself, no joke.
I suppose it's because girls are more mature about sex and their bodies than a lot of boys and a LOT of teenagers are on Yahoo! Answers.
Because there's a lot of younger guys on here that are immature. Girls are more serious on their section...they have to think about periods and bra sizes and vaginal excretions and what not. Dudes just need to think about penis size...that's it XD it's the complex versus the simple (guys being simple).
