creatine is naturally produced in the body for muscle function and repair. It will help but 2g is not much. If you do start taking creatine - PLEASE DRINK A TON OF WATER!! You must stay hydrated - if not, it could kill your liver or kidneys. Always have a bottle of water you are drinking!! I always tell my clients that creatine is good but if you can't be responsible and drink the water, it is not worth it

you still have to work out to get muscles but the weight will pick up just be careful on how much you intake

creatine gives some cellular effect on the muscles... meaning they prepare your muscles to allow them to grow more... and creatine also gives the extra power...

if you want to gain weight... and use creatine... try working out... this will help you pack on muscles... but you have to make sure.. you pack on protein too... to keep your muscles well sustained...

but ... you are only 13... you are sure to grow some more...
thus i do not advise working out... just yet... (as weight training sometimes hamper growth patterns... meaning: you wont grow more)...

but weight gainers ... coupled with intensive cardio like b-ball is very good too.... if you do not see much effect in your weight... that means your metabolism is too fast... you need to intake even more protein.

if you worry about muscles... dont... not just yet... since you are young anyway... just do your sports.. you can have push ups, and chin ups and pull ups to aid your biceps and chest... but avoid working out... until you are about 18.
