Cover it with antibiotic ointment or vaseline - that is what they do after circumcison, and it really is raw! Use until no longer red raw - but pink.
It will get less sensitive over time, but not overly so. Give it a little time.

The sensitivity will die down.
This is cause your penis has been covered by your foreskin your whole life, but now it is exposed to to the air, your underwear ect. your penis isn't used to be exposed. the nerve ending will become less sensitive and the pain will go away.

maybe u have had an allergic reaction to the cream. see if you can go without it for a couple of days. but if the problem insists go and see your dr coz u dnt want to end up getting a uti or worse finding it hard to pass urine.

that first answer was silly, this is a big problem.
your penis is just not used to the sensations because it has had the foreskin protecting it all these years, you should try manipulating and touching it in the shower or bath, the warm water will keep it comfortable until you're used to the sensations.

good luck

if your not circumsized then it will be sensitive coz the skin protects the head of the penis.. its like the skin inside your nails.. but if the head is exposed most of the time then in time it will become less sensitive.. uggh im really bad at explaining stuff... hope this helps..

Most of this is normal when you have not been retracting and touching the glans before. Using a lubed finger or the shower spray is a good way to start touching it regularly. The more you touch and use it the better things will feel. The redness worries me a little. You may have used too much of the cream and got too much on the already thin membrane of your glans. The cream thins the skin as a side effect, making the tight bits easier to stretch. So your doctor should have told you to only put a thin smear on the tight bits. see my stretching instructions for more detail.

I was experiencing the same problem you had as a youngster. I'm in my 20s now and as i got older, i'm more used to pulling the skin back from the head of my penis and the sensitivity starts to go away as you expose the head more to air. Keep exposing your head and maybe 30-40 years from, you will have less sensitivity

I think I know what has happened.
There was some restriction of blood to this part of your penis, which is a very very sensitive bit of skin and it is that for a purpose. It is good that you are working again properly and can en joy it- think of all those poor boys who have b een mutilated thourhg circumcision and therefore have lost part of their penis.
It will calm down in time as you get used to it.

You say it's not as sensitive as it was - sounds like it's just too sensitive from never having been exposed and after a while the sensitivity will not be ultra sensitive just pleasurable sensitive if you keep exposing it, touching it etc. I think if you use some kind of lubricant and rub it a little daily it will hurt less. Not sure about the red raw bit a reddish colour is natural there but if it seems to actually be a skin problem then you should definitely go to the doctor.

you could have your foreskin removed, just talk to your doctor about it. It should stop your problem and as well as that it's a lot cleaner. x

Boys problem. You think you have troubles?

do you beat off too much?
