No all women are not created equally. This has been my experience.
Dry is generally not good for anyone but can be easily overcome with a little lube. Dry often causes unpleasant friction for the man and the women eventully causing pain.
Tighter is almost always better for both partners but I guess there is a point in which some women would think that it could be too tight or as in too large causing pain.
Too juicy can reduce the amount of friction on the male member making him take longer to orgasm which is usually a good thing for the women since the average guy only lasts 5 or so minutes which is not usually enough time for the women to orgasm.
Too juicey can be a bit messy if doing oral just that there is so much to deal with. But if it tastes good - it really is not an issue.
