Question: Im 15 and had sex with my girlfriend around 30 minutes ago. She has gone now and my god my balls are hurting terribly! Its really bad! It feel like someone has kicked me in the balls and the feeling wont go away! Is this common? This is not my 1st time and I didnt even ejaculate.

Sweetie, it hurts soooo bad because you DIDN'T ejaculate- go tug yourself, get off... and you'll feel a lot better!
The reason your balls hurt so bad is due to seminal fluid congestion. Sexual activity is supposed to lead to the emission of fluid - if this doesn't happen, the pipes get backed up. It will go away after a while if you do nothing, but the remedy at this point would be masturbation.
Also, you shouldn't be having sex at 15. Just my opinion.

could be blue balls, but usually it takes longer. If it is blueballs you just need to jerk it and wait 30-1hr and it will be fine.
