Gaining more weights?!


Question: My heights now is 161 cm and my weight is 43 kg. I eat a lot. In average about 5-6 plates a day. But my weight isn't growing up is it because i play too much football. Because i practice with my clubs on 8.00 to 10.30 on weekends and lunch time break and morning break at school again! I want more weights because i think i look too thin!

whats the point in gaining weight if you want to be athletic and play football.

You need to be eating more protein and start weight lifting if you aren't already. If you are, start adding more and more weights to your workout regimine. Muscle weighs more than fat so it'll be a noticeable change.
