Ways to work out?!


Question: haha im in an alright shape, but it dosen't hurt to get better.
i mean it wouldn't hurt to have abs and pecks haha, a bit more endurance to running and stuff too.
so well i know how to get abs, but how do i work on my upper body, above the stomach, like best ways to do this at home with the best results.
and also, i would love to work out, but after a while i get tired out and haha i just stop, what are some good ways to get in the habit?

push ups work well to strengthen your upper body and arms. If you can not do push ups the regular way try doing them from your knees instead of toes. Start by doing whatever number you can do. Then as you do some each day you will be able to do more.
The trick to running is to do it someplace you enjoy being. I run in parks, through woods, near the ocean or lakes etc.

join the gym, you gotta be motivated to do it dude, if your not then your gunna fail!

it depends on how much you want to do it, if it is a fad then you won't stick to it.

If you are serious set yourself a realistic daily time limit and up it slightly every week.

But you would have to stick to it to make it work
