I'm so confused!!!!?!


Question: Idk what to do. I have bad acne on my back so I need to drink extra water to get rid of it, I also have some excess fat that I want to cut/make less visible, which means drinking less water. What to do???

Dude drink up to flush out calories focus on whole foods stay away from fried foods espcially french fries or anything deep fried. Anything white is poison white sugar potatoes flour pasta. Switch to whole wheat splenda sweet potatoes and dissown doughnuts(thats a hard one for me too) go for a moderate jog 3 times a week but make certain you have good shoes on... trust me...

Actually drinking water is one of the most healthiest things you could possibly drink. Its completely natural and has 0 calories and 0g of fat. Drink water, not soda or alcohol. Good luck.

whats worse for u? ur fat or ur acne..which everone desides hwo much water u drink!....or workout and get proactive!

Cutting back on water is not a dieting procedure. Drink more water, not less, as part of your dieting plan.

Ight bro if you're like me, Proactiv and all that bull doesn't work. If you are really concerned about both issues, Weight and Acne, Consult your doctor! Ask him or her for a referral to a Dermatologist! I have an Awesome dermatologist! she's so helpful and nice! and for the weight thing, bro its not hard, i use to be HUGE! but i cut down on portions, made healthier choices, and STOPPED DRINKING SODA! I lost 50lbs between all of that and exercising daily! for about 2 hours (football practice). But you don't need two hours... Jus about 30+ minutes of Cardio work out at the gym. But the Best piece of advice i can give you is to TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR =)
