ye man i just had my 13 growth spert over the summer and i grew 7 inches and i ate like a horse... best thing to do is eat when ur hungry and excersize not to gain to much weight

Yea bro that's true that you eat more because you're hungry cuz you're growing! Teenage boys are infamous for their appetite! i mean ask any mom who has had a son they'll tell you. Especially like football players or athletes!
