You aren't going to be able to quit because you are weak and your "friends" want you to do it. You would rather try and fit in then do anything about it, so why does it matter.

You will continue to smoke and in a few years won't even remember this question or when you began smoking because it will become so much a part of your life you won't recognize it.

You might as well give up and not even worry about it, you got sucked in and you can't do anything. You are trapped for life enjoy lung and throat cancer. Enjoy low spern count and meaningless sex. Thank your first puffs and your so called friends for starting smoking and have a nice day.

don't buy a pack, they're horribly expensive! i tried smoking before and i also liked it, but the price was motivation enough to not do it!

You will regret it later in life. Ask any smoker over the age of 25 if they are glad they started smoking and you'll not find one who will say they are. Don't start. If it's just been one day you are not addicted. Stop now before you become addicted.

Force yourself not to buy or puff it anymore

just dont do it.

Look for pictures in the internet that show the side effects of smoking. You surely never try it again.

Everytime you think about it.. think about this.

If you bought some of the cheaper cigarettes.. say $3.00 a pack.. that is $20 a week, $80 a month, $1,040 a year.

What could you do with that extra money instead of paying a multi-billion dollar industry to kill you?

Please, do not smoke, you are are so young, and its not just the age, nobody should smoke because it is very harmful and deadly. Theres are millions of chemicals in just one cigarette like chemicals used to clean toilets, rat poop, chemicals to perserve dead bodies, jet fuel, and so much more and it's disgusting. Smokers who have heart failure can automatically eliminate a major source of damage to their heart by quitting. Each puff of nicotine from tobacco smoke temporarily increases heart rate and blood pressure, even as less oxygen-rich blood circulates through the body. Smoking also leads to clumping or stickiness in the blood vessels feeding the heart. People who quit smoking are more likely to have their heart failure symptoms improve. You are not only hurting yourself, but you are hurting the ones around you because of second-hand smoke. Damage to the lungs begins early in smokers, and all cigarette smokers have a lower level of lung function than non-smokers. This continues to worsen as long as the person smokes. Cigarette smoking causes many lung diseases that can be just as dangerous as lung cancer. Some side affects of smoking include yellow teeth, a horrible smell, and yes, a hairy tounge (would you want to kiss anyone with that tounge?). I really hope you deciede to stop smoking and take care of your body and the people around you. Good luck.

My ADVICE is to smoke more - until u die ? UR health will be death ....Always get heart attack and maybe hard to breath -- Most the important u will not life long

Well if u are ok with it smoke more

what you felt was the nicotine rush,,it contracts the blood vessels in your brain(cuts off oxygen) stop now--tobacco is highly addictive and not to mention expensive,20 cigarettes for 4 or five dollars---and surgery for cancer is really expensive

my friend got addicted too, he said he didnt want to do it anymore... but he started up again last week. he says its too good
