Um, I havnt heard much about Italian, but black guys definitely have bigger penises. Actually they average between 7.5 and 8 inches, and can be 9 inches or bigger. Asians actually average at about 5 inches. They have smaller penises. And actually if you look at this from an evolutionary perspective, females have matching compartments. Black women tend to have larger vaginas than asians. And Caucasions just lie in the middle.

On average black men may have a slightly larger penis, but I've definetly seen some small ones! So it's not true for everyone. All guys are different and you can't guess the size of the guys package based on race. According to my boyfriend, it doesn't swing if you have it "placed" right in your underwear/pants. If you are walking around with loose fitting boxers or just shorts or something... it may give some swing. haha I've also never heard of such a thing as vaginas being an inside out penis...

Yeah, penis size differs across races. But I guess this is also due to the general height and stockiness of people of the certain race. Asians are more petite, so compared to African Americans, (whom are bigger sized ) they have a smaller penis.
