Changing my body?!


Question: i am 5'11 185lbs, most people say i am thin, but i think i need to lose weight. thing is i have two medical conditions, i am diabetic and i have a thyroid dysfunction. I am told all the time how nice my body is, but i am unhappy with it.I would like to know a few things am i bulimic? 2nd what are some good exercises i can do to tone up more and faster? please advise. I will appreciate your opinions. Thanks..

You are not bulimic. Bulimic is when someone is so uncomfortable with their body that they start to vomit after meals to lose wait. It's extremely dangerous and you can die from it.
There is another thing called Anorexia, this is when once again, someone is so uncomfortable with their body that they just stop eating altogether. Anorexia is a severe mental illness which makes you look at yourself as fat. People diagnosed with Anorexia that are asked to draw themselves, usually draw themselves as if they were overweight.
You probably don't have this.
What you are experiencing is minor self consciousness. You can work out every day if you like. Make an exercise schedule, and you can lose some weight. Taking a walk every morning is a great way, seeing as you are diabetic, this will help your heart, and whenever you take a walk in cold weather, you will form a fat called "brown fat" which is actually healthy for your body.

Dude Being diabetic and bulimic is not a good thing to have together. You need to find a eating disorder place to get some help as far as diet you also need help of a nutritionist because if you have diabeties you need to know what is right to eat to avoid hyper and hypo glycimic. excersize is allways a good thing as long as your sugar levels are doing okay

swim, swim, swim...its the answer to everything...you can build lean muscle without bulking up, lose weight, have fun, and it will have no effect on your medical problems...i have a diabetic friend who swam and loved every minute of it...its the best exercise for you, and it will work....i used to be a skinny little depressed kid....i started swimming, and now im a jacked captain of a swim team
