Real problem, a little help or advice would be nice?!
Question: im in the Marine Corps, i am currently deployed in Kuwait, i work 12 hours a day, every day. its really hot out here and my feet always feel like they are on fire. i cant take my boots off while im on my shift. i have what looks like a bunch of little pimples on the bottom of my feet, and the skin is falling off in between my toes. when i wake up in the morning my feet are so dey i feel like they are going to crack open. what can i do to rememdy this?

It might be a fungal infection like athletes foot or tinea. Do you guys have a nurse or something like that? If you can get some kind of fungal cream that might help. ALso, if its tinea, as gross as this sounds, ive heard that peeing on your feet can be a natura remedy.
Soak in epsom salt water. Use a spray powder made especially for althletes foot.
ARTICLE 15!!!!-sounds like you have boarder-line trench foot/dry version -it can get infected REALLY fast. Get to the docs-really. You need to get that looked at-too much heat and mosture loss will cause that-you don't have to be in the marshes if your boots are holding in all that sweat-drying your feet out! Good luck!

It is probably from your feet being hot and moist (from your sweat). See a doctor to make sure its not a fungus, and then get some foot cream and put it on every night before you go to sleep.

hi mr marine! it could be athletes feet or dry skin,if you could find some gold bond powwder or skin cream in the infermary and apply it to your feet.hope everything goes well for you god bless america and the marines!!!! and all our fighting men and women! all our prayers are with you,and come home soon!
