It seems as though my left testicle has shrunk?!

Question: Ive had testicular pains for awhile now. It happens about once a month maybe and its been like that for maybe 2 years now. Theres like a vein mass above my left testicle and i was thinking it was a vacrole(sp?) but could that cause shrinkage? It seemed about the same size as the right one like a few months ago but now, its quite noticeable that its smaller. What could it be? and maybe theres like a clot thats blocking blood from my testicle and thats why its shrinking? I dont know..but whats this called?

Mine does that too actually. I looked into this and it happens with some other men where one testicle sits higher then the other so they dont touch eachother and effect sperm production. Its actually a really evolved adaptation. It appears smaller probably because the right one sits lower. The true test would be to take a hot shower and they should both hang lower and you can get a true comparison between the two. If theres still a BIG difference get it checked out. I find theres not much of a difference when I do this. Check for any hard, painless lumps too for testicular cancer. It should be hard and painless and not your epididymis, which is a little tender and a little bump on your testis. I hope this helps.

You should get that checked out by a doctor. It could be testicular cancer.

definietely get checked

castration time ...
