Other alternatives than shaving my face?!

Question: What are the alternatives to shaving.

I get a terrible shaving rash with either an electric or manual razor, even when using pre-treatment, good shave gel and post treatment, and doing everything as I should.

Can you get depilatory creams for male face hair, and are they any good?

I am a cross dresser and need to have as smooth a face for as long as possible, most of the time. Is it possible to epilate/wax, and if so, how long would this last on a guy? The pain would be worth it if it was a day or two!

If it is just your face you are worried about there is a cream called Vaniqa (I beleive). I essentially STOPS hair growth with repeated use. The problem is, that if you stop using it, hair eventually comes back.

I do not know how expensive it is, but I wouldn't be suprised if you could get some at CVS. If not you can get some online for sure. I have no idea how expensive it is or anything, I've never used it, but I know of it and apparently it works very well.

Depilatory creams for the face usually aren't that great because facial hair is different from hair elsewhere. It is usually thicker and rougher. Plus, those creams can cause chemical burns, you don't want that do you?

If you want a permanent solution to your hair problem, get Laser Hair Removal or Electrolysis. It is quite expensive and painful for some people. You will also have a sunburn-ish look to your face for about a week after each treatment, but it's worth looking into for a permanent solution.

The problem with waxing is that you can get ingrown hairs (which look like giant pimples) which can then get infected, you wouldn't want that right?

If you don't want a permanent solution, or something less expensive, get Vaniqa.

Try waxing. It should last at least a week.

Wax? Grow a beard?

first of all: ew. (no offense).
And second: try waxing. It'll hurt, but it'll help.

ohhhh, just live it. It look little good. ...................

there is something caled magic shave u can use, comes in a cream or a powder, but if you are sensitive to a razor i am not sure is this will work.

Soak your face daily in goats milk. Goats milk is a acid base. It will disolve the hairs to the root. Good luck and happy hooves!

wax. pluck. grow a beard.

go to an electrolysis and get it lasered off
