Does working out and eating a lot stunts your growth?!

UNLESS you are lifting weights(barbells)
That may stunt your growth..

My friends is 16 and he lifts a lot....he's got good biceps(no homo) but he is short....

I already told him to stop lifting a little....
he wouldnt listen

yeah its normal some people are tall some are short

yes ur height is normal and working out does make u taller but eating alot is just unhealthy

It's a known fact that working out stunts your growth. ever noticed why basket ball players are tall but skinny. they wait till they build upon testosterone to work out. they get tall first and then workout to make the proper physical dimensions. working out young without enough testosterone stunts bone growth.
