PLEASE help --doubt regarding weight training?!


Question: hi friends
I do one musclegroup each day 45 minutes for 5 days.I go heavy.my rep ranges are 5-8 reps.I am doing weight training for the past 3 months without any break and with utmost sincerity and perfect form.But I still do have my belly and biceps haven"t grown much.only when I flex it atleast looks a bit bulgy,otherwise it looks just as i was before my weight training.my other muscles too haven"t changed much.
i am 5"7,150pounds ,but have belly.
why I am not getting results??please help!!

Weights alone won't help. You need to throw in some cardio. That will get rid of excess fat and help tone your body. Also, if you weight train too much your body won't have time to rest. Resting is a very important part for getting muscles. Without rest, your body can't develop your muscles and make them bigger.

Additionally, Im not sure how old you are but if you are drinking alcohol, it's best to drink very minimally. Over drinking can stunt the growth of muscles eliminating a whole week's worth of work.
