Teenager with manboobs, not obese... How to lose them???!


Question: I am 17 years old, MALE, I am not obese, but when I wear a shirt my chest is just popping out and my nipples are just pointing out for some reason which I don't know, I went to a doctor and he said it's puberty, I am nearly 18 and yet this thing didn't go away from me, since I was 14 or something I started having this problem... What could I do?

I asked him about the surgery and he said that his son did it and it has some side effects which are ugly, and makes the appearance of the chest look bad.

So what should I do instead of having a surgery?

Do wide armed push ups to spread your chest (to elongate the fatty portions to give the impression of a flatter chest) inclined bench presses to lift them.Also do wide armed pull ups (a broader back,winged areas) to stretch the fatty deposits in the chest area. Focus on eating the proper foods (regardless of obesity or not it's still fat) I had that issue as a young lad ,also the older the droopier so act fast. Confidence is the main thing you need though. I was still getting plenty of girls even as a fat kid.

Eat right and kill yourself at the gym. Mancans and lovehandles are the hardest things to get rid off. Start working out because muscle burns fat. Ask a personal trainer with specific help.

Yup, moobies suck. It's a genetic thing, where you store your body fat.

Redistributing the fat is what you want- chest exercises and swimming will help. Surgery should be a last resort- liposuction has some risks, as your doctor said.

I have found if you build muscle in that area, that helps the best. Try doing wide-arm pushups. These types of pushups work only your chest. You do a wide-arm pushup by spreading your hands apart, usually shoulder width or wider and jus do push ups.

yeah,i agree that if you work out well and make muscle(not too much unless you want to be a body builder!!)it will shape much cooler than the regular shaped breasts.my friend has the exact opposite problem,and he wish he could get some breast!!another thing is,i think you can loose them by working out too,out trainer on the gym,was working out hard to loose his manboobs,he said:it's a possible thing to do that but it's really hard.so i guess you should work out hard if you wanna loose them that's the second option.
