Don't do anything stupid. You can't realistically get a larger penis without surgury. Come to terms with the size of your penis and start doing some tongue exercises.

Don't believe the hype! It is a medical fact that there is nothing you can do to lengthen your penis. All the pills, oils and gimmicks in the world won't do anything but take your money. The are things you can do to increase girth, such as penis pumps and fat injections, but these usually just make you look disfigured, Be comfortable with the aspects of your appearance you can't change. And what does having a big one mean anyway? It doesn't make you more of a man or increase pleasure. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
2-3 inches is very, very ambitious, stretches are the only way, but you can try other websites for different ones.

Get a can of expanding urethane foam insulation and pump yourself full. It will expand, and when it dries it will also keep you hard.

I just wanted to let you know about my experience I've made with a pill.
I took enlargement pills for about 4 months. I didn't really expect anything when I started, but thought it might be a try worth.
