Question: Seriously, this is weird. Whenever I kiss my girlfriend, I stretch as soon as the kiss is complete. However; if the kiss is a "horny" one, I won't stretch.

I stretch a lot whenever I'm feeling comfortable and happy. It's just another way to feel great when I'm already feeling good. Maybe that's what's going on.

If you mean your penis stretching then that is normal, as for why it doesn't happen when its supposed to like you said, you could be nervous, nervousness affects a mans/boys?, ability to get an erection a great deal. If you meant stretching your back etc, your wierd, LOL
