Not usually... i think that most of their penises are short to the eye.. as fat coveres most of it, thats in fat people, i think that tall people woul;d have longer ones.
Well if they are REALLY BIG it is probably opposite cause they may swell up that area with fat causing there penis to look smaller

It depends on their genetic backgrounds, I did have a friend who had a tumor on his pituitary gland and made him start to grow in his later teenage years, he had a monster.
