Count to ten.

Think of a waterfall or running stream?....turn on the faucet to hear the sounds of running water. And do you really have to go or just trying to make yourself go? Sounds like mental issues, see a professional.

stop thinking about urinating. all you're probably doing is looking down and waiting to urinate
think about something else and just wait til it comes naturally

Don't try using one until you really have to go. Just standing there makes you look kind of silly just holding yourself - will make other guys start to wonder.

tickle your buttcheeks! I'm not even kidding it gives you goosebumps and makes it waaaaay easier to pee!

that's what i did when i was cutting weight for wrestling.

You have a common problem . It's called 'shy bladder'.Use a stall; many men do. You can leave the door open if you think that people will think you are odd if you shut yourself in. ABOVE ALL STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT -it's no big deal.

turn on the water faucet! helps for me! lol

run your fingers under a tap that works for me

There is nothing that works for all: For some, running a nearby faucet helps encourage urination. The other thing that you can try is drinking more water, at least 8 full glass of water, in a 24-hour period. On television what you experience is sometimes referred to as having "shy kidneys". If none of the above works, don't be embarrassed about going into a stall, where you will have more privacy and more peace and quiet. It might be that you are unable to urinate at a urinal because subconsciously you are associating urination with sexual performance or exhibitionism: To overcome this, you might want to consider therapy.

watch the movie waiting hahha
