nope, same thing happens to me, its funny to "surprise" woman, LOL. Google penis', you'll see most are probly smaller than yours!...as long as they aren't porn sites that is.
maybe the weather;when its really cold it tends to shrink quite alot,but when erect it straitens out.nothing serious enough to worry about
Not at all, when erect most of the time you will notice a 100% increase in size from when "limp" but it's not the size, it's how you use it. You could be the biggest guy in the world, but if you can't use it properly there is no point in being that big, on the other hand you could be really small and be amazing in bed.

many people with smaller "limp" penises have a larger erection growth then someone with a bigger limp penis.
e.g. someone whose 2" on the flop could grow to 6"
but some one whose 6" could only grow to 7"
