Whats wrong with my health ?!


Question: Recently i have been tired alot i sleep from 11pm till about 3pm the next day, i used to workout lots and now i just find it too hard, i stay up till about 3 am every night becuase i cant sleep, i get really depressed and sad. is it just generall lazyness or is there a problem that i could be having ?

The same thing happened to me, for years I slept during the day and had headaches all of the time. I was crying and miserable. It took a while, but I went to my doctor and took several types of anti-depressants until I finally found something that worked. You can get over this. Make yourself get some help, even talking to someone is a start. You should get out of the house everyday and exercise. You can make yourself do one thing daily, this will give you some accomplishment and will really help. Good Luck

find out wat r ur stressors and try to solve them

It is because you quit exercising. Or maybe there is something wrong. Go to the doctor and get checked out. Otherwise, look at your life, you diet and how you are living. There are probably things you can do that will make you feel better. Eat right, drink lots of water, exercise regularly.
